Meet the Directors

Danielle “The Perfectionist” Pugliese

For almost 3 years the world was deprived from what would be the inspiration for so many to follow. It was then that Danielle stumbled upon Brandy’s Dance Unique in Staten Island. In high school Danielle left her humble beginnings to go explore the world of high school musicals. Too talented to be held down to simply dancing, she eventually became assistant choreographer at Holy Rosary Theater Group, coming up with routines that were mimicked by celebrities such as Janet Jackson and Lady Gaga. Eventually Danielle stumbled upon Stevens TECHnique and it was a match made in heaven. With this stop on what is the life that will become legend, us mortals are truly blessed to have dance perfection in our midst.

Katelyn  “The Show” Masone

Once in a blue moon, the dance gods smile upon the earth giving way to a true great in the dance community. As a young child, Katelyn experiment with jazz and hip hop, finally settling on tap as her area of perfection. After being recognized as the next great dancer by the dance sages, Katelyn went on to compete with a dance team in national competitions in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.  After competing with the best dancers in the world, Katelyn just wants to settle down and dance for pure enjoyment. An expert in one of the most respected dance styles known to man, Katelyn has been known to inspire both dancing perfection and world peace with her epic moves. By embodying the reason for dance Katelyn lives the dream of TECHnique; dancing for fun which is the way it was always supposed to be.

Stephanie “StephNASTY” Arouh

One phrase comes to mind when it comes to Stephanie, “Dance is life”. While these are just words to the average person, StephNASTY embodies this into every aspect of her life. As a three year old Stephanie made the decision that would change so many lives. Little did she know she would impact so many lives with her dancing talent. While others are content with mediocrity, Stephanie insists on pushing everything to the limit. While at Stevens Institute of Technology Stephanie has made it her mission to further the goals of TECHnique and the knowledge of the dance community. Over her time at Stevens Stephanie has truly embodied the spirit of TECHnique. Where others sweat, Stephanie truly swags.
